Worse office ever. I see my primary upstairs; you’re bound to wait at least 20 min before getting called in. The girls @ the front look at u wit daggers in they’re eyes if u ask how much longer & say ni a bitchy way how they aren’t back there so how should they know. Once you called in then u realise why u have been waiting. All the girls are huddled in their space talking non stop. Clean place, doctors and nurses are very thoughtful and nice. Have been going for years. I recommend them. The front desk is helpful when you call with questions.
Good place. A lot of the 1 star reviews are people complaining about stuff that was their own fault.
This place is brutal. Final straw: Debbie the receptionist made things very difficult and shows zero care. I was trying to be sent for imaging of my head for something hard that I found on it (scary enough already) and had questions for the doctor from my previous appointment before going. She refused to respond with any sort of care and kept telling me ”whatever you discussed with the doctor.” She gave me a hassle when trying to ask if the doctor could call me back and made it seem like I was asking for the world.
