I had a very disappointing experience with Nurse Practitioner Kaitlyn MacDowell. I waited a whole week for a call back, and in the end the receptionist just briefly told me to “go to physical therapy,” without addressing anything. During my visit, I could hear loud laughter from the next room, and when she finally came in, she even admitted she should have been there much earlier.
