worst parking situation i’ve ever seen at a Northwell facility
They never pick up the damn phone....staff is very rude too.
Front desk staff Alexa has to be one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered on the phone. Everyone else is fine and Dr. Qureshi is exceptional. It’s a shame not all staff is on same level.
Dr Warner is a exceptional human being, very attentive and profesional.
No one will care about your calls. Waiting for a week and nobody returned my call regarding a medicine refill request
