Front desk staff Alexa has to be one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered on the phone. Everyone else is fine and Dr. Qureshi is exceptional. It’s a shame not all staff is on same level.
Dr Warner is a exceptional human being, very attentive and profesional.
No one will care about your calls. Waiting for a week and nobody returned my call regarding a medicine refill request
Not recommend! Office staff not helpful and rude. Had to wait for my appt 3 months with Dr Elli, thats ok. 3 day before my appt got a call from them stating dr will not be in the office on that day and I need to reschedule. I understand, that ok, happen before Dr also human , so I call back to reschedule and was told that next available appt would be in 3 months. Are you for real? I was told its office policy. When asked to speak with the manager was told she is unavailable to speak to. May call back back but when she doesn’... read more
