Very disappointing experience. I called 2 hours and 40 minutes before closing and was automatically placed on hold as the 7th caller. By 4:15 PM, I was the first caller waiting, but no one ever answered. I stayed on hold until after 5:00 PM, when the office had already closed, and finally had to hang up. I completely understand being busy, but keeping a patient waiting for nearly three hours without answering is unacceptable and shows very little respect for patients’ time. Very disappointed with this experience.
Literally the worst office ever!!!!! No one picks up and when you do leave a message about concerns, no one call you back!
I was making appointments on call and the person was the most rudest person I ever met hangup on my face was yelling and mocking.
Have been trying to contact this office for the past 2 days. Both times on hold for more than 20 minutes with no answer. I gave up, although I was really interested in booking with one of their providers due to her great online reviews.
