This office needs to get more organized. I called on a Friday to book an appointment for my son, and to my surprise, I was told that I'll get a call back to schedule the appointment. I said ok to it, not knowing when they would call. They end up calling the following Monday, two days after I had called. So then as I am driving my son to his appointment that Tuesday, I get a call from the office 25 minutes beforehand to confirm his appointment. Had a scalp condition irritating me. They gave me a few medications to use, which after using for a bit it made my scalp worse. Doing research showed me that the medications are infamous to not help and make your scalp even worse? They also had no success stories. The meds made my hair start to fall out and cause even more acne. Then the doc told me there is nothing they can do to help, and told me to use rogaine on my damaged skin lol.
Saw dermatology doc anthony ho he seemed pretty cool and attentive and he listens idk how this place has bad reviews bc i was in and out i was expecting a long wait time due to the reviews but glad i took my husband's sttitude on this dont believe the reviews see for yourself! Have to come back in October to see him. I was getting my dermatology care at St John's hospital and that hospital is the worst in Far Rockaway it's a teacher hospital I was glad that I could see him today without a student and not feel like a science ... read more
Monique is a horrible receptionist she says she understands but she clearly doesnt. She has no compassion what so ever and is way too loud that everyone can hear everything about your appointment and medical history. She literally just looks at you like you are dumb if your schedule doesn't go along with them. After calls you can hear her talking negatively and lauging with coworkers. She is just so unprofessional and nasty. Please find someone more friendly professional and caring. Someone like this can ruin your whole prac... read more
