My mom has been trying to get a refill for her blood pressure medication and has encountered a lack of support and communication from the staff. After explaining her situation—that she recently secured new insurance due to a job change and couldn’t make her annual appointment—she asked for a short-term refill to cover her until a new appointment could be made. I just had an ablation performed by Dr Mitra and I can’t say enough how well I was treated from arriving at the front desk to the prep room and then surgery room. Everyone in every department is so caring and eager to help is something that I have never experienced. Dr Mitra is an outstanding Dr but more so an outstanding human being that treated me like family. Thank you to everyone that I had the experience to meet. God bless all of you
