Denise was super helpful and accommodating with my dad’s appointment! The staff here cares and wants the best for their patients.
Have no memory from prior stroke. Made appt with Dr. Emma Kay. Today they call for the second time to reschedule. It is a struggle just to remember to put a note in my phone. Obviously my time is not valuable.... How many times would we reschedule? So now for this issue I'm without a Dr. I guess when the Dr keeps cancelling to reschedule they don't value your time or their patients. Find someone else. FYI this is the first issue I had with northwell.... They saved my life but they should teach responsibility to their Dr's wh... read more
