This new facility suite 3 the staff there are very rude in the front desk also the nurses are not help at all when the taking vital sign the are not helping the patient the telling you to help them and the patient are not able to step on the bed the fastest the finish the go sit and chit chat in the first room when I was walking out she sit chatting away in the first room the she ran out ohh did you see the doctor now she realize we was in the room waiting this is so unprofessional

Dr. Hirsh is the cardiologist I see and he's a good doctor. But the office doesn't function very well and getting help filling prescriptions is very difficult (I had to call my insurance company directly to expedite a prescription refill after I was told by a nurse in the office that I had wait 30 days for an appeal go thru - I had no medicine left and could not wait 30 days. My insurance company put thru an expedited request and the prescription was filled in an hour. The next day I was left a message from the same nurse te... read more
Denise was super helpful and accommodating with my dad’s appointment! The staff here cares and wants the best for their patients.
Have no memory from prior stroke. Made appt with Dr. Emma Kay. Today they call for the second time to reschedule. It is a struggle just to remember to put a note in my phone. Obviously my time is not valuable.... How many times would we reschedule? So now for this issue I'm without a Dr. I guess when the Dr keeps cancelling to reschedule they don't value your time or their patients. Find someone else.
