Phone tag and always says scheduling is another person’s issue and that they will call for follow-up. Never get through to anyone, the secretaries can’t grasp appointment making, very frustrating because I really do like my doctor, Shital Rana. But the practice itself needs a redo. Worst people working there. These receptionists think the Dr.s work for them. If you are sick, do not bother calling them. This place does not care if you're sick.
If I could make this zero I would. I went in May for bloodwork and saw Dr Spadafina. Tested for some pretty worrying stuff ! She told me don’t worry have a nice weekend and she would call me Monday. Well I sat in limbo for over a week. So when I needed help again I saw Dr Rana hoping to get different results. NOPE! Waiting a week for a call back and I practically had to have a break down on the phone pleading for someone to help me. I finally spoke with a nurse who gave me my blood results. This office staff is so unprofessional. They have been cancelling my appointment with Dr. Caggiano for a year. The person who answer my phone call on 11/07/23 b/t 2:00pm - 2:15pm hung up the phone on me and said that that office will never provide me with care. SHAME ON NORTHWELL FOR HAVING PEOPLE LIKE THIS WORK FOR THEM AND SHAME ON NORTHWELL FOR REJECTING TO PROVIDE MEDICAL SERVICE TO A PATIENT!!!
