I would give this office zero stars if that were an option. The staff is rude and unprofessional. When you ask to speak with a supervisor, you are often denied the opportunity. Patients are expected to collect paperwork that the organization could easily obtain internally, especially since all Northwell facilities work together. Pausing, ending, or canceling patient care without providing proper referrals is unacceptable and can place patients at serious risk. I have been a patient at this location for about 10 years now. I battle with severe depression and suicidal thoughts. For a long time I saw the medication I was on and the treatment I was receiving from my psychiatrist as the only way I could cope with life. The management and the front desk staff have made it difficult to for me to relay messages to my doctor, to get refills on my medication and have made the reception process to speak with my doctor unpleasant for me. hi, I don't normally write reviews, but since there aren't any great ones here, I thought I would share my experience. I have been going here for about 2 years. First my daughter saw a shrink there. That doctor was fine. Then I saw a Dr. Galek, who I didn't like at all. he tried to prescribe me things that I didn't want and seemed odd. Luckily, he 'left' last year and now I have Dr. Pareek. The front desk people are so rude and unprofessional. They're giving you the "don't bother me " vibe. We felt so helpless because nobody wanted to help us. Please go to another location where people are nice.
