I had an extremely frustrating experience at this doctor’s office. I had an ultrasound scheduled for today—an appointment I booked a full month in advance—only to have it canceled at the last minute after I had already been sitting for an hour. No one informed me ahead of time. Instead, I was eventually told that the technician wasn’t even there, which raises serious concerns about how this office is managed. Why should patients need to pay for parking at a northwell facility? Though my doctor is extremely efficient and courteous, the wait time for my appointment was 45 minutes. Consequently, I needed to pay for 2 hours of parking.

Front desk is horrible with calls and emails. I have been waiting over three weeks for a disability form to be filled out. They say I will get the form and they will also give me "updates" but it is radio silence unless I call to ask about it. They keep pushing the date to which I can get my form back further and further. This is absolutely so ridiculous and frustrating. I am postpartum and having to deal with this unnecessary stress of getting a doctors form filled out. Ridiculous.
