My visit went extremely well. My doctor was attentive and very inquisitive about me showing concern and actually listening. I knew I made the right choice coming to this location. Office was clean and calm.
Spoke with office manager Ashley about medication and staff Lory. They advised me they will follow up with me multiple times. NO ONE DID . The office lied and said they will be sending a prescription . In fact this is a breathing medication. I have been with northwell for years. This is by far the worst. I’ll be reporting the manager and staff. Office manager Ashley advised me the office is closed at 5:30 and they will follow up . Everyone says they will call back and no one did. It’s insane I can’t get life saving medicine.
I had an extremely upsetting experience at this office after Dr. Pardo refused to see me after a mistake made by front desk staff. I checked in at the front desk, and was told to have a seat because the doctor would be with me shortly. There was only one other patient in the waiting room, and she was called back quickly. After waiting about 25 minutes, I went back to the front desk to ask if I would be called soon, as my mom was waiting in the car, caring for my 4 year old and 3 month old. Dr. O’ Sullivan is great at what she does and was very helpful throughout the whole pregnancy process as well as delivering the baby :).
