Great service, always have appointments available for my schedule . If ever I'm not able to talk on the phone the app also helps out .
Worst experience ever! Very unprofessional staff and horrible customer service
If I can give the under 0 I would . I lost my 7 weeks baby today . They kept asking to do vaginal sono . I made 4 vaginal sono already. the girl there and in the office in college point was very tough and she broke my wall making my body miscarriage. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy . I’m on my way to the er with my baby in my bag . I arrived over 20 minutes before my appointment and was never able to park. The parking lot was a war zone and the valet never assisted me or gave me any guidance. After waiting patiently, hoping someone would acknowledge me, he only told me to get out of the way. I just went home and canceled my appointment.
Terrible. Don't ask any questions regarding your unborn child, esp if you are advanced maternal age and your baby is measuring small. If you do they'll act like your difficult and stop doing their job. I never knew asking questions in a neutral manner was considered "challenging" the God, I mean doctor... Dismissive, condescending, careless. Dr. Toles.
