This is my first time leaving a review for medical services, but I feel like it's my duty to share my experience as Dr. Elena Ivanina's patient. Almost a year ago I went to see her because I was suffering from abdominal pain. She ordered several tests, including an endoscopy and a sonogram, but was unable to pinpoint the problem. I called to make an appointment with Dr. Ivanina, she was booked so the office suggested I see her fellow Dr Noah Mahpour and she would pop-in. Scheduled for 2 weeks away at 4pm. The morning of the appointment Dr. Mahpour called and asked if I could come in earlier so I rearranged my schedule to come in at 2:30pm. Worst practice EVER!!! NEVER return calls, have been trying to get a diagnosis for OVER a year!!! DON'T waste your time, patient well being is the LAST THING this doctor cares about!
