If I could give no stars I would. Misdiagnosed not one, but two broken wrists. I wish there was a way I could have the insurance deny the claims from this establishment. The staff is rude, the office manager has her hands full. You are better off elsewhere
Pete the PA was excellent..He spoke to us in clear terms and was honest and direct. Excellent!!!
Unprofessional went there for my appointment got messages ,calls to verify the appointment I get there and they tell me my Dr called out sick last minute and they messaged me which they never did the check in person asked if I can cone in tomorrow I can't I made this appointment on the 21st which is a day I work ..If this is how this office is ran they better get a new office manager they could of used a thing called a phone and call the patients directly and explain the Dr is sick and was last minute understandable it happe... read more
It is unfortunate that some of the staff at the Shirley office are rude/unprofessional in the way they spoke to a family member of the patient. Juliana (front desk) and Michele (medical assistant) were both snippy and discourteous. I was quite disappointed and frustrated. In addition, I asked for a return call from my father's doctor, which I did not receive. Perhaps no message was left. My question needed a prompt answer (as I explained), yet no one called back.
