I took my 13-year-old to the Shirley office at 5:10 p.m. on Friday, Labor Day weekend. Their office was closing at 6:00 pm. Why did the front desk person direct us to go to the Manorville office when there was no one in the waiting area? I find it hard to believe that not a single professional (doctor, P.A., N.P.) was there to check her. And the calls were put over to service before 5:30 pm. You people only deserve one star. This is the last time I will come to this office ever again. I have to go in there one more time to get clear for surgery, but after that, I refuse to go here they’re very slow very slow. My son was getting aggravated. We were sitting there for like an hour and we had an appointment. Worst office ever.
If I could give no stars I would. Misdiagnosed not one, but two broken wrists. I wish there was a way I could have the insurance deny the claims from this establishment. The staff is rude, the office manager has her hands full. You are better off elsewhere
