Horrible, they’re total incompetent, they botched my insurance and cost me quite a bit of money. Their staff is a joke. Rachel bloom is a terrible therapist. Dr. Marsha Thomas will try to bill you hundreds of dollars for a phone call, billed as a “tele-visit”. I cannot give this place a worse rating than one star. Northwell in general is the biggest scam artist institution. STAY AWAY
The worst place ever! Groups of 20 or more, half on their phone! No therapeutic value at all!
If you need help, please make an appointment with Thom Ackerman. He's a savior. Otherwise, don't bother with this place.
I was there in 2014 and had a great experience. The people really cares about me and my mental health and getting better. It’s been a. Long road and I’ve had many relapses and moved to FL. It’s a very delayed rating but I remembered being there and the support I got. Just wanted to say thank you!
