you guys are hella rude like i’m literally just calling in for my grandma and all you guys need to fix your attitude. ain’t no way yall laughing on the side as im on the call….
The doctor is great. The front desk, though, is very sad. The person I spoke to boldly flaunted an urban accent while quietly swallowing critical T’s, turning “would” vs. “wouldn’t” into a suspense thriller. This was further compounded by some creative misuse of conjunctions. All of this happened after I specifically asked to speak with a Chinese-speaking front desk staff member. Maybe speak slower? It will help both of us.
Coming here for a consult for my grandma. Appointment time is scheduled at 4::00pm and we come on time, waited for 1 hour to get registered and triaged, then wait for another 1.5 hours to see the doctor. The whole appointment process is slow and inefficient. All the nurses and front desk are gone and we are still sitting on the hallway waiting to be called.
