Coming here for a consult for my grandma. Appointment time is scheduled at 4::00pm and we come on time, waited for 1 hour to get registered and triaged, then wait for another 1.5 hours to see the doctor. The whole appointment process is slow and inefficient. All the nurses and front desk are gone and we are still sitting on the hallway waiting to be called. Been trying for 3 days to book an appointment with Dr Nan Ning Chang, a cardiologist. Nobody answers. I waited 30 minutes!! They only put you on hold! Should patients wait for an hour more? Ridiculous! Does the management know about what the front desk are doing to this business? This facility should close! Not helpful!
Terrible front desk clerk, bad attitude, indifferent and rude, attitude is everything, the staff here are indifferent and callous to patients, bad experience, very negative impression.
Unfortunately there's no option for less than 1 star. I went today to see a urologist. The Dr spent less than 10 minutes to talk to me about my kidney stone. He told me they will order a ultrasound for me to see where the stone has progress to. I thought they will do the ultra sound there. I ask the PA why they wouldn't do it. She the the technician is not there today. I told them I will come another day when the technician is there .
