I brought my mother in for a test, and while checking in they had me sign her name, but no one mentioned that the lab was closed for lunch. We ended up waiting for more than 30 minutes with no update. When I finally asked how much longer it would be, that’s when they told me the lab wouldn’t reopen for another 20 minutes. The lab technician was polite and explained everything clearly once we were finally seen, so the issue isn’t with the staff doing the work. The real problem is communication. Great staff
My 3 children and I have blood drawn here regularly. Patients have been handled with care and my children, with humor and sensitivity. Location and walk in services are convenient.
Each and every lab technician we have seen here has been excellent. My daughter needs bloodwork done monthly and they always make her feel comfortable. They hit the vein every time smoothly and as painfree as is possible. I am very thankful to have them in our town. Shoutout to Mr. Sean who is the best!
