I like this lab. It's clean, but small for the amount of people who visit. The only real issue I have is their sign in method .Not a fan of using the touch pad that you have to put your information in. It holds up the line, especially when you have people who don't understand how to use it. The line goes out the door at times.Why am I doing their job. HORRIBLE SERVICE PEOPLE IN THE FRONT ARE EXTREMELY RUDE
This review is regarding a deeply concerning experience my 2-year-old son had at this Northwell lab. The phlebotomist did not take appropriate time to properly locate a vein before inserting the needle. While the needle was already in his arm, she continued searching for the vein, which caused unnecessary pain and distress. Additionally, her demeanor was impatient and unkind toward a very young child. Pediatric patients require extra care, gentleness, and professionalism.
