Both Lili Sanchez & Maggie Dorcelet were amazing with my kids drawing their blood. There was a mix up with the appointment setting company giving us an incorrect start time for the boys appointments and despite that both ladies were warm and understanding and still drew their blood despite us walking through the door 5 minutes before closing on a Saturday. They alone are the reason we will use this lab every time our kids need a blood draw, as well as us.

I use this lab regularly and consistently for a reason, and I’ve been coming here for probably close to 10 years now. They do sometimes have a bit of a wait time (depending on what time of day you go, of course), but for good reason; they are very good at what they do here. They are open during the week until 3p, and Saturday until 1p. If you can manage it, I find going around 1:30-2p during the week to be the sweet spot. This is my go to place for lab work. I am not a “good stick”…tiny veins, deep, they roll, they blow and if they don’t get it right the 1st time, I will physically get sick and almost pass out…I NEVER have to worry going here…happy face to greet me and ANKA the phlebotomist, relaxed my fears with a very confident , “I Got you” and kind personality…from time I signed in (walk in, Fri 10:45am) till I walked out was about 15-20mins. I had my blood work done at this location last week. It was my first time using this lab. While it was a little tricky to find in the building, it was worth getting a bit lost because the phlebotomist Margalie was amazing. It was quick and painless . When I say painless I mean painless. I truly did not feel anything. I am not adverse to needles but I was truly surprised that I didn't feel it. I higly recommend this facility if you get Margalie. This lab can have a long wait sometimes, but I can understand why. They are very efficient and recently, I had the absolute best draw I’ve ever had in my life. Maggie took my and I could’ve sworn she stuck the needle in the chair instead of me because I felt absolutely positively nothing. Not even a little pinch. She was amazing. I will definitely be back and be asking for her again.
