I had a great experience at this lab today getting lab work drawn on my one year old daughter. My phlebotomist techs were Lilly and Maggie and I can’t say enough nice things about them - Amazing experts, quick, efficient, painless. And they had us in and out in under 5 minutes!! Will be back for all my children and ask specifically for them
The front desk staff are extremely rude I witnessed one employee be blatantly racist towards a hispanic family that was asking for a translator. You should not be working in healthcare if you cant remember to be empathetic!

The person who took my blood was quick. The procedure was painless. They only stuck me once! They quickly found my information in the Northwell system. The entire facility was bright, looked inviting and was spotlessly clean. A good experience was had by all.
