Unprofessional and no follow up whatsoever
So, receptionist was pleasant and professional as well as the dr but I was informed by the scheduler, when I called to make appt, that the consultation with doctor was $80, but I was charged $130. When I questioned the upcharge, I was informed that the prices increased July 1st, which was strange as I didn't call to make my appt until July 15th. I would not even give 1 star I had an appointment with Dr.Gandhi, a lady doctor at infectious disease department, horrible manners, she will make you feel stupid. To be honest she doesn’t even know what is she doing, I am never going back there
The phone operators here are absolutely disgusting. Such aggressiveness in their tone when speaking to potential new patients. Please train the staff to learn adequate patient service skills.
