I want to thank the RN Shanette , for her hard work towards my husband care in the hospital of north shore NY . I haven’t meet her but my husband appreciates her hard work. Thank you. I drove straight to the ER right after hurting my knee during a basketball game. Spent over 4 hours there and got a routine check up and x-ray. The doctor felt my knee and made me do a few exercises like standing on the injured knee and bending. They ruled out that it was ACL. There was also no fractures and x-ray came back clean. I was billed over $3000 for this. My insurance was only able to cover half. Really nice staff very welcome receptionist exceptionally knowledgeable nurses i personally dealt with Laurie she's wonderful. I appreciate Ms.guzman who is the infectious disease NP she's really good at what she does. I only have good things to share about their staff.
The nurse, Debbie, should be fired. Was trying to get a prescription that was sent in incorrectly fixed for 3 business days, with zero help from her. Left her multiple voicemails that she never replied to. I have an active infection and have been without my antibiotics for over 2 days. The kicker is that she updated her voicemail today to say she was leaving early for St Patrick's day, but couldn’t return any of my calls. Thankfully she left early today and a different nurse got it fixed for me the same day.
