I just got back from having a pelvic MRI and x-ray. Before the MRI, the receptionist said “who has an MRI at 7:30?” and I said “Oh, I do” because I didn’t know he wasn’t talking to me while I was standing right there. He said really nastily “Miss, NO ONE is talking to you!” I responded “Oh, that’s so nice of you!” sarcastically. He said nothing and then continued talking loudly about other patients with his male coworkers and saying how the patients are stupid and don’t listen and how we all need devices in our ears to alert... read more
Terrible experience getting my mammogram at 450 Lakeville Road, Breast Imaging Center. Still traumatized. Staff rude. Overbooked. Techs not responding to my medical requests. Too much socializing by staff at front desks. Rude staff, showing little compassion.
