I would give an infinite amount of stars if I could. This is THE place to go for any imaging you need done. The entire staff from the front desk to the nurses and technicians are incredible. They are absolutely caring, very patient and take all the time needed to make you feel completely comfortable. They are my support team. I seriously would not be able to do any of these tests without them. Thank you all every day for what you do!
The first time I went to Dr. Robert Ozsvathwas two years ago for my mamo/sono because my usual place was fully booked, even though his office is an hour from my house, Im so glad I made the trip. Dr. OZ is very nice, kind and caring and his staff is always friendly and welcoming. Its not easy to find a doctor who make you feel comfortable . He definitely worth the drive to go there every year and highly recommend
Thank you, John! My son's X-ray orders needed corrections, and when no one else could help, John stepped in. He proactively coordinated with my son's care team to get the orders fixed, ensuring my son could still get his X-rays done that same day. :)
I had an MRI today at this location. Very nice facility inside, and very nice staff. They were very thorough, with the types of imaging, including CSF flow, which impressed me.
Nurses Courtney and Linsey are excellent I had a fall when I was at the imaging department. They went above and beyond to help me. Nurse Courtney stayed with me till I was calm and not upset Nurse Lindsey was concerned also and made sure I was ok to drive home I hope you realize how lucky Northwell is to have them.
