Very friendly efficient staff at check in and thru my procedures.
My journey with Northwell Health Imaging in Smithtown started with me making an appointment to have 4 scans done in one day. I asked that the scans be scheduled back to back. How ever far out they needed to make the appointment was OK with me. I just needed it done in one visit. The day of my appointment I received two of the scans which were done very quickly Then I was waiting over an hour for the next scans only to be told that the machine was broken. Very friendly efficient staff at check in.
I would give an infinite amount of stars if I could. This is THE place to go for any imaging you need done. The entire staff from the front desk to the nurses and technicians are incredible. They are absolutely caring, very patient and take all the time needed to make you feel completely comfortable. They are my support team. I seriously would not be able to do any of these tests without them. Thank you all every day for what you do!
The first time I went to Dr. Robert Ozsvathwas two years ago for my mamo/sono because my usual place was fully booked, even though his office is an hour from my house, Im so glad I made the trip. Dr. OZ is very nice, kind and caring and his staff is always friendly and welcoming. Its not easy to find a doctor who make you feel comfortable . He definitely worth the drive to go there every year and highly recommend
