Second floor receptionist was extremely rude. I’ve been going to this imaging center for many years and never had an experience like the one today. This woman asked me for my driver’s license and questioned me on how long I was married and why I hadn’t changed my name. Then she implied I was committing fraud because of not using my legal name.
