I was here today , nightmare place. There was a lady playing her phone loud watching a series on her phone very loudly. My phone rang on silent, I spoke to family letting them know I was there for 2 seconds before the check-in lady asked me to talk outside. Problem is other lady watching tv loudly on her phone she said nothing too. On my way out I said to check in girl the other person was loud and disturbing everyone for 10 minutes and nothing was said to her. I recently had an MRI at Northwell's Great Neck Imaging dept.. Most impressed with it's cleanliness, efficient staff, speed in which the procedure was done and overall quiet and calmness presented to the patients. Wouldn't hesitate to go there again.

I have an appointment at 6:30 pm. They emailed me to come by 5:45. I arrived on time and finished all paperwork before I arrived. They told me to wait until my name is called. I’ve been waiting for the call until the appointment time, which is 6:30. If they don’t need anything from me before the MRI appointment time, why they asked me to come 45 minutes earlier? I have been here for several exams (sonograms and catscans and calcium score test). Place has parking and the staff is friendly. Wait time has always been great for me but I also think it depends on the test, day and time of day. Staff has always been courteous and efficient. Registration can be done online ahead of time or in person. Would highly recommend!

The staff was friendly and helpful and able to answer all my questions. I was in and out quickly for a CT scan and x-rays. Access to the facility is convenient and disability friendly.
