I barely give lower ratings but it was my first time at this facility and where They will spam you with their emails to show up early if you arrive 5 minutes late. Call us to reschedule while their own staff will be going 1 hour back log .. i had to cancel my appointment because i couldn’t wait more . not impressed at all.
Went for a CT Scan of the lumbar spine. It took all but 5 minutes. The tech was very friendly & accommodating. It was a very easy procedure. I also used Northwell Health Imaging a month earlier for a CT Scan for a heart calcium score. The scanner is an open donut machine. For claustrophobia patients, this is the best. I highly recommend Northwell Health Imaging.
This location is clean with nice staff BUT if you ever need to talk to staff via their direct phone line to this office, you will have on average a 30 min. wait time. That is terrible. After calling several times in the last 2 months I concluded this is the norm for this office. Maybe staff figure callers will get tired holding and hang up. So not cool guys.
I was fearful of the MRI However Mathew ,the clinician doing the MRI was truly amazing. He was compassionate and joyful. With his help I was able get on to the table and made me comfortable and relaxed. After the MRI he got his coworker to help me as well to wheel me out. He was also wonderful. I recommend this This Imaging center highly. Thank you.
I went to this imaging center today for a CAT scan and had a disappointing experience with staff professionalism. After being taken to the back and told to change, I realized I needed help removing my shirt. The hallway was empty and all doors were closed, so I briefly went to the waiting room to ask my partner for assistance. A staff member named Naomi then approached us in a very abrasive tone, questioning why he was back there. She did not introduce herself, explain her role, or ask why help might have been needed.
