I have an appointment at 6:30 pm. They emailed me to come by 5:45. I arrived on time and finished all paperwork before I arrived. They told me to wait until my name is called. I’ve been waiting for the call until the appointment time, which is 6:30. If they don’t need anything from me before the MRI appointment time, why they asked me to come 45 minutes earlier? I have been here for several exams (sonograms and catscans and calcium score test). Place has parking and the staff is friendly. Wait time has always been great for me but I also think it depends on the test, day and time of day. Staff has always been courteous and efficient. Registration can be done online ahead of time or in person. Would highly recommend!
The staff was friendly and helpful and able to answer all my questions. I was in and out quickly for a CT scan and x-rays. Access to the facility is convenient and disability friendly.
I can’t say enough about “Dr. Eric Goodman” and his tech “Bryan Ruiz”. I went in and they immediately made you at ease and made sure they answered any of your questions in full with explanations. I will be coming back to this facility in the future and highly recommend them! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Northwell made an uncomfortable and stressful MRI situation into one with ease. They were caring, completed the procedure expeditiously as possible, and followed up with the results explaining them so I can understand.
