Never do a virtual visit with these people nor call their location. I made a phone call to the number for this location and got routed to a virtual provider was given a Dr note for my job. When I realized the date wasn't correct I called back and got the run around on the can't change the date unless I do another virtual visit or come in to be seen and pay another copay. Easy to make an appointment. Always clean, EVERY person in there is friendly and professional! Great care, I felt heard and cared for. Even the follow up was on point! I was talking about you guys at work today and those that have been there prior agreed 100%. Thank you again for Top Level service!
