Quick and professional service
I made an online appointment and when I got here I was skipped over by walk ins. I’m in a work lunch and made an appointment specifically for lunch. Not only am I getting skipped over the lady helping me is the most unaffected / flat person I ever encountered at a front desk. As if I don’t have a right to ask how the drs are running as far as time goes. I have not had one good experience with these urgent cares - I have no idea why I continue to go. Shouldn’t the online appointment go before a walk in?? Seriously
Someone arrived after me and was listed after me on the queue, but was taken in before me and when I asked why, I was rudely told that their appointment time was before mine. Then after waiting for almost an hour, I finally got taken back, only to find out that the x-ray tech had left sick (I was there to have an injury checked), and to have the nurse tell me that I should have asked when I arrived if they were available. I watched the tech leave mind you, so needless to say I won’t be returning to this location.
Excellent and attentive care. Clean offices. PA very thorough.
