Everything! The wait time was barely any, and the young lady who checked me in was pleasant and polite. The medical assistant was thorough and, as a matter of fact, if she had not taken her time and listened to why I was there and how I injured myself, I never would have had an x-ray to my ankle, which exposed moderate arthritis and an injury that I really needed taking care of. The staff was very friendly from the beginning to the end of my visit. Dr Lockhart showed concern and empathy and was very professional. I will strongly recommend GoHealth NY to family and friends. Also, the office is very clean.
