Booked a CT scan two weeks in advance. I sent them my Dr’s script as requested. Got to my appointment 20 minutes early, as requested. I check in then sit and wait 30 minutes. It was at this point they decide to tell me that the script my Dr printed out for me isn’t signed, and they need it signed, so they can’t do the scan! Like… what??? I’ve never heard of such a thing, and they had plenty of time to tell me that they need this or to check the prescription I literally emailed them at their request Completely incompetent. The wait was less and the doctor was very thorough and the nurses were very nice .
I walked in 30 minutes before closing with a laceration to my finger. Fortunately for me, there were no other patients there, and they took me right in. The Doctor gave me a few stitches and wrapped it up. At no time did I feel that they were rushing me because they were closing. The staff was welcoming, patient, caring, and professional throughout the procedure. This was my first time there, but they will be my go to in the future. Much better than waiting hours in the emergency room.
