Although I arrived extremely grounded, I left this urgent care feeling more confused than when I walked in. The reception staff and Dr. Marie were welcoming and professional. However, my interaction with one particular nurse was marked by repeated miscommunication, inconsistent information, and a lack of discretion when discussing sensitive health concerns. I normally get a sinus infection ever summer with the pollen ,ash, trees, humidity etc. I have been good until now, with the weather up and down. I always have a good experience at this urgent care in west Hempstead, although this time it was extremely knowledgeable with P A June. Omg . I love me a honest communication physician . Answering all my questions and be honest and authentic. 10 stars....and the lady at the front desk omg. I forgot her name , but pleasant and friendly 🤏🤏🤏🥰always clean environment.
