Wouldn’t even give one star place was horrible will never go back I already knew I had Covid-19 and was going there for a test and note for work the women at the front desk was so nasty and the way I was treated by her was horrible I’m sorry you work in a doctors office you know people may come in there with Covid-19 no reason to be rude and then the PA was no better I can’t believe I paid a $50 co-pay to be treated like garbage bad service Northwell
Excellent patient care. If you're deciding between CITYMD and Northwell, choose Northwell. All staff were friendly and respectful. Waiting area is clean and professional.
