Waited for forty minutes while sick because I was late to my appointment by 5 minutes and other people—I quote: “more urgent” walk-ins—were put in front of me. I asked nicely multiple times because I had another appointment and I kept hearing laughter in the other triage rooms from the one provider. I felt the staff did not consider every patient equally and also argued with me when I told them this didn’t feel professional.
