Quick, efficient and helped solve my issue. Very clean
Very disappointed! Such a convenient place, and easy to schedule. But that's all meaningless if you get surprise bills. The clinic is in network but their lab is not. I'm usually really diligent about denying extra tests, but I missed the fact that the negative rapid tests would also be sent to the out-of-network lab for pcr testing. So frustrating!! Extremely dismissive and unprofessional -- the man taking my vitals actually openly mocked me. So unprofessional. I was nearly brought to tears. I left and went to the ER instead. This was one of several negative experiences I've had at this urgent care. There are plenty of other/better alternatives in the area.
