Terrible experience. Asian lady was really disrespectful and rude…Didnt bother to tell us her name or say hi, she immediately said were good go home we will refund you. I didnt want to get refunded i wanted to get treated… They seemed like they didnt want to do their job and that asian lady told us just by looking at us that we were fine. She needs to get trained and learn that if someone goes in is for them to treat us and give us solutions not to try and get us out as soon as possible. Dr. Andrea Arata Ximena was fantastic. She gave me a very thorough examination. She explained what was causing my symptoms, provided advice and a prescription, and did it all with a pleasant demeanor. Dr. Ximena is an excellent doctor. I also liked that I was taken at the precise time of my appointment. My primary care physician is in NYC. It's great to have an option in my neighborhood
I was diagnosed with a UTI on Wednesday 2/25. I prescribed antibiotics and for some reason a pill for a yeast infection. I did not have a yeast infection, was not tested for or diagnosed with one. Three days later I received an email with the culture results that stated that I did not have a UTI and I should stop taking the antibiotics. So after 3 days of taking the antibiotics I did not complete the last 2 days. Then Tuesday, 3/3 I woke up feeling like I had a UTI.
