Rude. Rushed. Egoistic. Stubborn. Ran here Sunday before they closed for an infection. Rushed me out the door. Wouldn't let me understand or ask questions. Raised voice with an edge towards me, when I was in a state of panic. Unkind. Not helpful. Went back twice to get help with correct meds. Kept repeating same phrase over and over. Wouldn't listen. I ended up in the ER. Never going here again.
I have been here a few times for being sick and has been pleasant. But I am leaving one star because you cannot talk to a live person or even text. My son had a bad fall. All I wanted to know if they had xray. Telephone menu prompt like 1995. Will NOT connect to anyone in office on purpose. they send you a text link to 'live chat' with AI bot. takes all your info then it doesn't work and they want your email. Total joke.
