I had a wonderful experience, checking here and here today. I was on vacation and they were able to get me in and see me first thing in the morning. Get me taken care of and get me antibiotics. Claudette was a wonderful nurse on site and extremely helpful.
The doctor was patient and thorough. All the staff was kind. I did not have to wait long to see someone as a walk-in. Follow ups have been professional and prompt.
I was very nervous and in desperate need as I was on vacation! The day after Labor Day around noon and it was empty! I was easily able to join the waiting list and check in online! The nurse was super nice and comforting - in my manyyy doctor visits, I have never once been told while waiting about what the remaining time limit would be and why they were running late (super considerate), the doctor was SO thorough and great at explaining to me, caring, fast, easy, receptionist was also very friendly
The people were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I was seen extremely quickly and my problem was taken care of and follow-up will be provided. This is the second time I have been here in just over a year and the experience was excellent both times. Thank you to everyone there.
