The experience here was not great. They didn’t have anyone working at the front desk. Instead of walking up to the front to assist they speak to you from a chair 20 feet away. I think he asked “ how can I help you” but I’m not sure because he was very far away. When he finally realized I couldn’t hear him he came a foot or two closer and told me to register with the kiosk.Then they send a link to your phone to finish checking in but the information disappeared after filling it all in. My issue was never resolved. I ended up going to my eye doctor, who found a piece of plastic in my eye. I was very disappointed because the NP did not properly examine my eye before prescribing medication. If my eye had been thoroughly checked during my visit, the piece of plastic could have been identified and removed sooner. This was a very uncomfortable and frustrating experience, and I expected a much more thorough examination and better care.
