Saw G.Feltham at Levittown Northwell Urgent Care with severe back spasms. She administered an anti-inflammatory injection, which provided very minimal relief, causing me many more unnecessary hours of pain and discomfort. I couldn't understand why this injection was so ineffective. Upon checking patient portal in Northwell website, the injection I was given was for 15 mg, not 30 mg as previously administered for the back spasms by other NPs in prior visits at Levittown Northwell Urgent Care!! I had a great experience at this office! I visited for 2 hours after accidentally twisting my ankle. The staff were efficient and got me in for an X-ray right away. They also provided me with an ankle brace that really helped reduce the pain. Thanks to their prompt care, I was able to walk without a limp by the next morning. Highly recommend!
