Short wait time, very clean and nice staff.
Doctors are always great Receptionist is the best ! Makes the place better. The receptionist / medical assistant and Doctor Jesse . Dr Jesse and medical assistant Mariela is great . They both work together to get you in and out all while doing a great job . They’re the best , most professional staff at this urgent care . When I see them both I know I’m in good hands.
I’m very disappointed with my experience regarding a lost item at this office. I had an appointment around 5:00 PM on a Monday evening and accidentally left my pink Stanley Cup behind. I realized the very next morning and called the office right away. At first, I was told nothing was found and that the staff from the night before wasn’t there, so someone would call me back — which never happened. You guys need to update your website or have a consent form for patients online . I made a appointment for my little brother and on the website before making the appointment i put i wasn’t the parent guardián and choose “other” because i am the older sister . When i got there the lady asked if i was his mom and i said no i’m the sister and I had my Id as well.
