I visited this urgent care facility for the first time and was very impressed with both the cleanliness and efficiency. The staff was professional and organized, which made the experience smooth and reassuring. PA Jamie Singer was especially thorough in examining my wound and showed genuine care and attention throughout the visit. I highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of urgent medical care.
The check in was easy. The doctor was thorough and took time to really listen. He had a professional and warm demeanor. His assistant was very patient. The environment was clean and had good protocol.
Worst billing team ever! They made mistakes for every step! You want to pay but they make it impossible for you to pay!
