Staff was very professional and caring. The wait time was minimal and my issue was taken cared of.
I was seen promptly and well.
It was my second time at the Northwell UrgiCare in Plainview on South Oyster Bay Rd. and I was very impressed. The staff was very nice and the rooms were clean. I was in and out in a short amount of time.
Everyone was so pleasant and respectful. I cut my hand and knew a bandage would not be enough. I was ready for a long wait but was pleasantly surprised to find no wait at all. Such a great experience.
