Did expect the medical knowledge to be bad, and it was worse than predicted, but did not expect for them to guarantee I was in network with my insurance, charge me copay, then end up being not in network billing $575.
Very unethical billing. I keep being charged for services not received over a year ago. Unauthorized storage and use of credit card. Update: I have had numerous conversations with customer service since 06/15/24 and absolutely nothing has been done to resolve the unauthorized use of my credit card. Generic, placating responses with no actual action has been the modus operandi of Northwell’s customer service.
I very rarely feel inclined to go out of my way and post a review on Google but this experience was so unprofessional that here I am sitting here writing a review. My husband went in for his appointment today and everything was okay until he got brought back to the room.
