HOSTILE, ABUSIVE, NASTY, MEDICALLY IGNORANT— AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! I’d give them NO STARS if I could.
Wait time was very long Doctor Jose Vargas spent most of his time at the front desk,instead of with the clients. He did not seem very educated and appeared to be dyslexic when prescribing medication They should have medical doctors.it's only PA at this facility.
This is the second time I have been a patient at this particular location. I have to say, very impressed with the facility, the professionalism and outstanding staff. The medical professional a saw took the time to explain things to me clearly and made me feel super comfortable. You guys are the best.
I was excited to have this new option right in my neighborhood but not now, unless they improve their processes drastically. I have a splinter in my finger that has been there for about a week and a half that I have been unsuccessful in removing it on my own so I set up an appointment at this Mercy-GOHealth Urgent Care online and was pleased with how easy it seemed and all my information was collected up front. I had pain and swelling in the gum and jaw area on one side of my face. The Nurse Practitioner was very good at getting to my problem and showed concern. I was given the prescription needed to remedy the problem. The wait to be seen was not long at all. This was my 3rd visit, and I was not disappointed.
I was truly impressed with how pleasant and kind everyone was here. All of the staff including the those at the front desk seemed concerned about my well-being. They were very thorough, too. I came in with a fever and they could have let me go with a stomach flu diagnosis; but the nurse practitioner ordered a strep test just to be sure. I'm glad she did because it came back positive! Visited our urgent care last week with a bad cough, was concerned because of history with lung cancer. Was given very professional treatment, the doctor was outstanding. Sent me home with the proper meds. Not completely cured but am feeling better after almost one week.
The worst experience ever you make a reservation and are made wait 1 hour and the nurse was very rude and condescending and leaves you in a room for another 30 minutes save time and money and go somewhere else
