Excellent place to go for urgent care. Went to the Smithtown location with flank pain on the left side of my back. Such kind and capable provider. After urine test confirmed a kidney infection sent me for an ultrasound which I had today and already have the results because they put STAT on the script. Connected me to a urologist for a follow up My appointment is after I finish the antibiotics. Never had this level of service with City MD.
We made and appointment and it made everything seamless! Wonderful care
All of the staff I interacted with were friendly, prompt, professional and competent. The Physicians Assissant I saw (forgot her name, maybe Ashley) was absolutely fantastic, we was thorough and knowledgeable but didn’t push medicine. She was very careful with my injury. Will definitely come back for any other urgent care appropriate needs.
