Always a great experience at northwell Health in Smithtown. Went on Friday with my son. They were able to get me in. From the front desk to the Medical Assistant & the PA- they were professional, knowledgeable & caring.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at GoHealth Urgent Care. I went in for treatment after a cat bite and was prescribed medication that was critical to preventing a potentially serious infection. Despite being told the prescription would be sent to my pharmacy, it never was. Over the course of several days, I made four separate phone calls and even returned to the clinic in person to try to resolve the issue.
