Fantastic team between receptionist, assistant and doctor. My visit was efficient, and everyone was kind, patient and helpful not only to me, but to others that walked in. I’ve gone to other Northwell Urgent Care locations and they have always provided amazing service to me and my family.
I have been to this urgent care approximately 4 times so far in the past few years and every time has been a great experience. I usually book appointments. The team is kind at least in my experience and they’re very quick to assist. Once I was in a waiting room, it was only a couple minutes until I saw the Physician assistant. I would definitely recommend this urgent care to anyone in need near Flatbush area.
Attending NP did not believe me or have faith that I was accurately reporting my symptoms. After 6 weeks of a bad GI infection the NP told me that “most people clear it on their own” after doing some googling in front of me. I went to a different urgent care after, and was taken seriously and given a prescription. If you have anything that’s more complex than a broken pinky I would look elsewhere.
