Very slow … was immediately escorted into an examination room, only to be stuck in there for an hour unattended. Ended up leaving and getting a refund. Don’t waste your time. They clearly do not care about the well-being of patients.
I always have a good experience at this Urgent Care! There's a doctors assistant, Allison that is always kind and very helpful with whatever I need. She listens to me when I explain the reason I am there and doesn't rush me. I really appreciate that she is very thorough!
Very nice doctor and staff
I checked in at 10:45 and sat down. No one was at the front desk but two workers were standing right at that back desk have a great conversation, all grins and giggles. The guy looked at me many times, and acknowledged me NONE! It is now 11:04 and 3 minutes ago another patient walked in the guy greeted him right away got him signed in and brought him to the back… still no words for me just sitting here.
