I can’t say enough about how wonderful the staff were. My husband had an injury a few hours before a flight out of town, heading home. Kay, Jared and Jong( PA) were beyond amazing. They were kind, and provided excellent care. Working as an Administrator in health care I understand how taxing the bedside work can be. They made us feel as though we were priority. My husband got a few sutures and we made our flight home. Thank you!

Believe did already. But to repeat, Azaria (front desk), Jessica (nurse), Stefania (Pa), and Kay (radiology tech) were terrific from time of arrival to time of departure!!!! I Needed care on September 13th .....for an infection I felt certain I had, and unfortunately I was right. But fortunately as in the past I was in great hands. Donyal. and Ken and Darryl were each exceptional and exceptionally good in their respective positions. Thanks to all!!!! .
Staff are rude and not helpful showing no compassion. Came in with my 2 1/2 year-old daughter who had a broken wrist and was told that the x-ray tech was leaving soon and they would try their best to squeeze us in. 10 minutes later when I went to get an update, the staff told me that there was no way I would see the x-ray tech and there was never a possibility. The staff member checking people in had attitude, and was not even sure if she could refund my co-pay which they charge in advance.
If I could give zero stars i would nasty people nasty receptionists. My daughter had a 104 fever with an appointment time at 7 PM because that’s the earliest they have online. We got there at 6:30. There was no line at all. All the staff were available to treat my daughter, but they refused because “It’s not her appointment time” terrible people and very inhumane.
