Had made the appointment for 915 and still at 947am no doctor has seen us. At 930 am the front told us that the doctor would be in late. So then why were we able to make an appointment for 915, if no doctor was going to be there? It made no sense. I even suggested the front told us have any doctor see us, and still we had no one call us in. They simply just don’t care. My kid is two years old, if you can have some compassion then use it or leave the field!
What a nightmare. I went in for a sinus infection, which was confirmed. I explained that as someone who gets them all of the time, I really need antibiotics. The provider said she felt was viral (how do you know, there was no test to prove that), and denied my request. She then said she’ll prescribe me not one, not two, not three, but a whopping four cough suppressants! It took me 3 hours just to see the doctor and when I tested positive for the flu I only got a doctors note with a return to work date on it for 2 days. Awful experience.
