We were on a waiting list for 7 months when they called to give us an appointment, we gladly took it. It was for 9am so we were the first ones in. Receptionist was friendly, nurses were friendly and thorough. We got swabbed the same day for genetic testing… everyone was very gentle and friendly towards my 4 yr old. Haven’t gotten results back so can’t comment on that process, but the first visit was very smooth.
I didn't expect the reception in medical office could be so rude, ABONY is like she doesn't care if she got complained. Also, the follow-up schedule procedure that Dr. Gruber instructed me is different from ABONY mentioned, not sure if that's the reason upset her or simply her attitude....
They canceled testing in Oct 2024 and never told us, we were supposed to get results Jan 8, 3025, 3 months after they stabbed oct 8. Went to neuro muscular Dr with northwell health an she told us testing was canceled. Spent next month calling nurse rayhan
