Whoever answered the phone (wherever the call gets routed after I chose option #4) on 12-24-25 at 9:20 am when I called to schedule an appointment was extremely rude and impatient. This person needs to be fired IMMEDIATELY. I am surprised that this office has someone like this on staff. She has a very rude tone, and she sounds like she is doing you favor. Appt- 7/09/25- No starts deserved for this appointment I was a patient of this practice for years with Dr Bartolomeo. Unfortunately he retired, so when I received a notice saying I needed a colonoscopy , I called and asked to have an appointment with a female doctor. Unfortunately , I saw Cassandra Sanossian,MD. She came into the office and asked me why I came in. I explained that I was a told I needed a colonoscopy . She stated she had not looked at my file yet.
