Today I arrived at 8:09 AM after a few weeks in pain to see Dr. Sanossian. She did not even hesitate when she chose to refuse to see me for being nine minutes late. Perhaps if youre looking for someone who is patient-focused, understanding or has some compassion, she is not the one for you. I am disgusted that I now need to wait weeks to be seen and come back for the answers I need. Between this and the attitude at the desk (who was cold/accusatory), I left frustrated. The office is run efficiently from the reception to recovery. Staff are attentive and explain each step of the process. I highly recommend this facility.
