DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC AT ALL-- While Dr. Bennett is OK- everything else is a disaster. From the first phone call in asking them a very specific question in regards to our embryos that were created at another facility we were told with a resounding YES, even the mosaics would be transferred into their tissue bank. I have received bill after bill from them with no explanation. I paid in full for my procedure prior to it. Since then, I’ve been billed hundreds of dollars and I’ve reached out to their billing department at least 20 times. I called them. I left voicemails. I wrote them a physical letter. i wrote emails. I put in a request on the website. I cannot get any person to call me back about this.The one time I received a call back, I missed the call. They never answered my calls ever again.
