disaster. They dont always call you when they're supposed to. You have to call for your next steps. not on top of it at all, and they never answer the phones at this office
This place is horrible. The worst fertility clinic u can go to , don’t waste your time everything is rushed and there’s always a hour wait just to go inside me and my wife had a bad experience with the Dr we had she was so Grumpy and Mean. stay away from this place it’s a bad place don’t know why it’s even open. All they care about is money here.
Please go somewhere else especially if you are self-pay. There is no personalized treatment despite the above average price tag. The doctors here are using the same cookie cutter protocols for all. They also don't give you direct answers or opinions (guessing due to liability), then why are we "consulting" with a doctor when the doctor cannot give you any useful info/recommendations? They are telling you "may be we will have better luck" without trying to change their protocols... I don't regret going through the treatments ... read more
Dr.Peyser is very easy to talk to and straightforward - really appreciate her care.
So far I’m disappointed in the way I was spoken to when to with trying to make an appointment. I have no idea what the process is but I was put in hold immediately, spoken to with an attitude and rushed. I’m considering canceling my appointment. I plan on calling to speak to the persons supervisor to help her do better in customer service.
