Scheduling, wait time and communication is horrible at this location. I intially scheduled a consult apt here. I live an hour+ away, took off work, arrived at 7am. For them to have cancelled my first apt due to incomplete forms, which i never received. They had incorrect contact information (same name, different address and phone number) for me, which is odd as I am already in the northwell system. Also could they have not given me the forms then. We cannot say enough incredible things about our experience with Northwell Fertility Clinic in Manhasset. From the very beginning, we were met with a level of compassion, professionalism, and genuine care that truly set this team apart. Our journey to starting a family was not an easy one. I was very reluctant to write about Dr. Randi Goldman because after I am done, I know I will probably have to fight all of you for remaining appointments to see her. However, my heart is full, and the joy she and her team have bestowed upon me needs to be shared. Fertility can encompass a myriad of emotions, is deeply personal, and yet can feel foreign and ambiguous. This is where Dr. Randi Goldman excels.
