This has been an extremely frustrating experience. My appointment was scheduled for 12:00 PM. I arrived at 11:30 AM, completed all the required paperwork, and checked in at the front desk. Went to the lab at 11:50. However, I did not receive my first infusion until approximately 2:30 PM. It is now 5:30 PM, and I am still receiving the second medication. The excessive waiting time, poor scheduling, and lack of communication have made this experience extremely disappointing. Patients should not have to spend an entire day wait... read more

The posted address and the address entered in the vehicle GPS navigation do not correlate turn off right from lakeville road (south) or left (north)into Marcus ave for northwell parking on left and medical offices on right
