Very very very unprofessional everytime I call this center no one can ever pick up my call when I need them especially if I am running late I would have to wait for them to call me to let them know what is going on, I do not like the staff the picks up the phone at all, I tried calling today especially and one person will pick up the phone then put me on hold it’s been 10 minutes and no one can give me a call, this is where I would love my child to be delivered and the quality of service is horrible, this hospital is suppose... read more
If you can go anywhere else, I would strongly suggest that. The wait time is always no less than 1hr, I have even had to leave at times because of how long they took. The providers do not review the growth US with you, just with the sono tech’s and send you away. They only show their faces when you disagree with their plan for your pregnancy and birth. What a joke. And the front desk staff are some of the nastiest women I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. This place needs to pull it together.
Staff when coming in were very very pleasant, and polite... The nurse who was doing the ultra sound was not as nice.... If you're a male husband look out for the one nurse we had, didn't even acknowledge me, ignored me, only spoke to my wife, and was just very cold and rude with her responses to us both. I have been there for all 3 of my children in the past 3 years and was always able to take pictures of the screen and she said no i am not letting you its our policy. This is easily the most disorganized and shady clinic we encountered during two separate pregnancies. Their front of office staff is rude, they are always massively behind schedule, their billing practices are sketchy and clinicians knowingly advocate for unnecessary, wasteful procedures. They double bill for visits as if the sonographer and doctor consultations are separate visits, which means people get stuck with a double copay, despite both clinicians working for the same clinic, using the same facilities and sharing sup... read more
