Absolutely can’t say enough good things about Rehana! She was so positive, and warm- totally changed the entire experience. If every provider could be as friendly while maintaining utmost expertise as Rehana, the world would be a better place!
I had a frustrating experience at Northwell Health Center for High Risk Pregnancy. Our appointment was scheduled for 3:30 p.m., and we arrived on time, but were not called in until 4:31 p.m. After the ultrasound, we waited an additional 20 minutes for the doctor, only to have the ultrasound technician deliver updates instead. I had the best ultrasound tech named Rehana. Very She was patient, kind, and got all the pictures even with my baby being difficult. Thank you Rehana for making our experience one of the best.
Dealt with them during my pregnancy doctors lacked appropriate bedside manners and were extremely condescending when asked any questions and basically insinuited I was a moron taking medical advice from tiktok. No, part of medicine is informed consent and a concerned mother to be asking questions doesn't warrant that attitude. I was a 34 year old woman. Since 14 weeks I’ve been coming here I’m now 36 weeks I have weekly appointments and every single week the wait is between 1.5 hours to 2 hours! The visits are 5-10 minutes and they bill for printed pictures but stop giving them! This is the most frustrating place to go to! When you’re high risk you dont want extra stress and this place does that every week without fail
