The service inside with the dr and physical therapist are amazing. But the parking valet is worse. We wait for the valet parking to move a car who was parked in front of my car blocking me, spending time waiting for them to come. Really disappointed...they don't respect the property.
Northwell is an awesome institution full of kind, caring and professional staff, as a whole, but some staff members stand out. Case in point, RN Juan Villafane. I was at the facility Thursday 1/24/2026. Juan went out of his way to ensure that both I and my Mother were comfortable and informed. He was genuinely polite, professional and compassionate.
