I'm a new patient with RIVKA BATSHEVA SHIPKIN, NP, RN Let me tell you, she was amazing. She took the time to listen to everything I had to say. She was also very respectful and resourceful. Any questions I had, she responded with so much knowledge. She was very patient and didn't rush through anything, which made me feel extremely comfortable. I would recommend her to anyone because of her presence, patience, and experience.
Let’s start by saying Parking is horrible. My first appointment with Dr. Khan went well. I was hopeful that I found a good primary care dr. After I got my results for blood work she called me and told me that she wanted to have more in depth results and in which it would take a couple more days and she would call me back. This review goes directly to the receptionist at the desk I dealt with this AM, Kayla. I had signed a request to get copies of some of my records. Right then and there she printed everything I needed and gave it to me in an envelope. She mentioned that the office didn’t have one of tests that I wanted a copy of. She offered to call the facility I had it done at to see if she could get it for me. She was on the phone for about 10 minutes (on hold and asking them to send her copy of the exam).
