Waited 2.5 hours. My daughter was having chest pain when she would breathe in. They did a flu and covid and it was negative. They told me to give her motrin. The next day I took her to LI urgent care. My daughter had 104.3 fever and tested positive for flu A. This place is a disaster. Just go to the ER because these doctors are just here for a paycheck and do not care about you at all.
Waited 2.5 hours. My daughter was having chest pain when she would breathe in. They didn't do a chest x-ray. They told me to give her motrin. I'll take her LI urgent care in the morning. They were closed today so I chose this place because Dr. Chen is my Primary Care. Just go to the hospital if you can't find a decent urgent care. The doctor my daughter had was a tall man. HORRIFIC
I always get excellent care there.
Both my husband and I were seen by a very patient doctor who took his time snd explained our issues. We find that this urgent care is excellent.
