The absolute worst front office staff at the Women's office. They give you inconsistent information, poor communication. They say they'll call you back but they do not. Do not recommend.
Dr James, a PA, should pay more attention to details. He gave me the wrong amount of medication which caused quite an inconvenience for me.
Waited 2.5 hours. My daughter was having chest pain when she would breathe in. They did a flu and covid and it was negative. They told me to give her motrin. The next day I took her to LI urgent care. My daughter had 104.3 fever and tested positive for flu A. This place is a disaster. Just go to the ER because these doctors are just here for a paycheck and do not care about you at all.

They were closed today so I chose this place because Dr. Chen is my Primary Care. Just go to the hospital if you can't find a decent urgent care. The doctor my daughter had was a tall man. HORRIFIC
